Can I tell you how amazing it is that God walks us through things? It is amazing! :o) God leads us through trouble, stress, anxiety, problems so faithfully. He does this to bless us, but He also does this so that we can be a blessing to others. I had an opportunity to pray with some of my younger roommates and friends a few nights ago. Being an older woman is a new experience for me. Typically I had found myself as the one being counseled, and it feels as though virtually overnight God has given me the opportunity to pour into other people. We can only give away that which we have. I am sharing the amazing things God has blessed me with through other mentors, and guides, and leaders to pour into me. Thank you for those who have walked with me, who do walk with me, and who continue to do this life journey with me. Thank you for the advice, encouragement and support. Blessed to be a blessing. I have been meditating on God’s promise to Abraham a lot lately in Genesis:
Genesis 12:2-3 I will make you into a great nations and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing…all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.
Praying for greater revelation for you and for me about this incredible calling God has on you and me. This is a covenant that God has given us to model what it is to be God’s people and what it is for God to be our God. Blessed to bless others.
