This is my prayer and worship drawing from today.
I had forgotten just how much fun crayons can be!
I remember being in fourth grade and a visiting artist came to my class. And this teacher had these INCREDIBLE sheets of odd feeling waxy black paper. I was unimpressed, yet curious! Each student was presented with a wooden vegetable skewer. We were instructed to begin drawing on the paper as if we were holding a pencil. Let me tell you, I was absolutely delighted (and quite honestly in love) after the first sctatch! A myriad of different colors was revealed underneath! Today I did some coloring, layering, and scratching and wanted to share it with you!
